GLICEMUL is a texturizing agent and emulsifier made from 100% natural, fat-derived ingredients.
It's used to increase the melting point of fats and create more solid or semi-solid textures in oily preparations like nut butters and flavored oils.
To use, it is dissolved in a fat-based medium at or above 60C (140F), allowed to cool, and then stirred.
